Processing & Shipping

• All pieces are made to order.
  
• Standard processing and shipping time: 4–8 weeks
  This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your order and current demand.
  Need your item sooner? Priority shipping is available upon request for an additional fee (based on your location). Please contact me before placing your order if you’re on a deadline.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please bear in mind that I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or for any additional charges incurred once the item reaches your country.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom, handmade nature of my work:

Custom Orders

I’m delighted to bring your unique vision to life. For all custom pieces:

• Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order.
• Changes to design or fabric cannot be made after approval.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. I’m happy to guide you through how to measure properly—just ask!
